Anna Halloran Jacob has over twenty- five years of experience in investment banking, private equity, investor relations, corporate development, and operations.

Ms. Jacob is a Managing Director with Diamond Capital Advisors, a boutique investment bank focused on M&A and capital raising for middle-market companies. She has experience with both middle-market and Wall Street firms, including Sutro & Company and Lehman Brothers. She has advised CEO’s and boards on almost every aspect of investment banking, including mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, and private and public equity and debt offerings, representing over $5 billion in transactions. She has advised both Fortune 500 and middle-market companies in the consumer, retail, healthcare, automotive, financial and technology sectors, including American Express, First Data, and Tiffany & Co.

In addition to her investment banking expertise, Ms. Jacob has unique insight into the buy side, having been both a principal in private equity and in-house corporate development. As a principal at Levine Leichtman Capital, she focused on investing $10 million to $50 million of both structured finance and equity in small to middle-market companies. As Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for Countrywide Financial, she identified and assessed strategic transactions in the insurance, banking and mortgage sectors.

Ms. Jacob has an MBA from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business with Beta Gamma Sigma Honors and a BA in Economics, Cum Laude from University of California at Irvine. Ms. Jacob served on the board of the Louis League and on the Outreach Committee at Corpus Christi School.
